If you’ve been a client in the past, it’s likely that you have much of the information that you’ll need to get started. But, if you’re new to our studio, we’re here to help make this a wonderful experience and an exciting process for you.
The Pre-Planning Meeting
You’re invited to make an appoinment with us for a planning time. This step is one of the most important in the portrait process and can make a big difference in your portrait and your experience.
During this meeting, together we’ll talk about your needs. We can talk about clothing, the location of your portrait (studio or outdoor) and the look for your portrait.
If you can’t make it in to the studio, no problem. Many times the consult can be completed by telephone.
The Schedule
You can arrive at the studio a few minutes early for last minute hair touch ups and to change clothes if you’d like.
You love your children, we do too. Sit back, relax and let us guide them. You’ll be surprised at how over 25 years of experience allows us to get those perfect expressions from your little ones. You can enjoy the process from the sidelines and we’ll “play” with your precious kiddos.
The availability of sessions may often require a substantially early reservation. We always welcome your call and may be able to accommodate a portrait session on short notice.
Normally previews will take at least a week to get ready for you.
We’ll schedule a private appointment for viewing and ordering your portraits. If you or your family are visiting from out of town, sometimes we can arrange for more rapid previewing.
Selecting Your Portraits
Previewing Your Portraits is Exciting. This appointment is a wonderful time of viewing the images we’ve created for you. Sometimes it is best to leave small children at home because they get bored. The room is also darkened and they can become scared.
Ordering of your finished portraits.
We’ll help you in the selection process. We have lots of beautiful finishes and sizes to choose from and we’ll show them all to you during your ordering appointment.
We have many beautiful frames available and we’ll be happy to help you choose the perfect frames for your portraits.
